SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped using either UPS or USPS. During the checkout process you will be able to select which service you prefer. UPS requires a shipping address. All P.O. Boxes will be shipped using USPS. The rates for these services are calculated based on your order.

FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL OFFER
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped free of charge within the lower 48 US states using USPS. Any additional shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most items shown on our website are available for shipment to customers located in the United States. If you are interested in shipping international, please submit a special order request for the item you are interested in. We will respond to your request with shipping information.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
We suggest you shop in our store where we can measure your feet and help fit you in the best pair of shoes for you. We also understand the convenience of purchasing shoes online but realize it may be difficult to obtain the correct fit without trying on your shoes. Your satisfaction is our priority. Unworn shoes purchased online or in our store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date with the receipt and original undamaged packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please include your receipt, contact information and indicate your request to either return or exchange. If requesting exchange, please provide desired shoe information including size and color. Returns will be made to you in the form or your original payment method. (credit card or check).
