SPECIAL ORDER INQUIRY

Use this form to receive information concerning shipping options and product availability. This is a request to check the availability of your item and an approximate arrival date.

• There is no obligation to continue with a special order based on the results of the inquiry. If the item will take too long to arrive, or you simply change your mind, there is no need to continue. We never proceed with a special order unless you instruct us to do so.
• There is no cost or fee associated with inquiries. Feel free to inquire about any item you are interested in.
• When items are in stock at the manufacturer, the wait can range from a few days to a month for delivery.  The typical manufacturer takes one to two weeks to ship the order.
• You can place a special order only after you have submitted an inquiry.
• You will NOT be charged until your order is shipped.
• You will be notified by email when we receive the merchandise and when we ship your order.
