Orders are shipped Tuesday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.

Our online inventory is shared with our storefront and subject to availability. We will try our best to fulfill all online orders, and if an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. To locate a lost or stolen package, please contact the carrier for more information. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our store for the tracking information to appear in the carrier's tracking system.

Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped free of charge within the lower 48 US states using USPS. Any additional shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
