SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped Priority Mail via USPS. Next day orders may be shipped via FedEx when necessary. All P.O. Boxes will be shipped using USPS. The rates for these services are calculated based on your order.

FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL OFFER
Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped free of charge within the lower 48 US states using USPS. Any additional shipping costs for returns and/or exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Most items shown on our website are available for shipment to customers located in the United States. If you are interested in shipping international, please email us with a special order request for the item you are interested in to info@saagershoeshop.com. We will respond to your request with shipping information.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
All merchandise marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Your satisfaction is our priority. New and unworn shoes purchased online or in our store may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the purchase date with the receipt and original undamaged packaging. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please include your receipt, contact information and indicate your request to either return or exchange. If requesting an exchange, please provide your desired shoe information including style, size and color. Refunds will be made to you in the form of your original payment method. (credit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay or Check).
